This particular presentation has helped hundreds of participants achieve higher levels of success in both their personal and professional lives. It conveys to the audience the power of goal setting, visualization, and "self-talk" so all participants can achieve peak levels of performance in all areas of their lives. The material discussed in this event has been delivered at Brigham Young University and Harvard University venues.

Sonia's passion for this topic is clearly evident throughout her personal and business life, as a keynote speaker, and as a motivator. This program seeks to help achieve a more balanced, simplified and enriched life. The presenter, Sonia Clayton, herself is an avid goal setter. She is also the recipient of 25 awards of excellence as a woman of excellence, community business leader, entrepreneur and philanthropist. She holds the title of Entrepreneur of the Year (2014), Hispanic Woman of the Year (2015), and most recently she was named Women of Distinction (2015). She is also a Harvard Business School Certified Negotiator.

Biography of Sonia Clayton

Sonia is the original founder, president and CEO of Virtual Intelligence Providers, LLC (www.vip-global.com). She is also as an American Entrepreneur and philanthropist and is the recipient of 25 awards and recognitions, to include white house and state acknowledgements. Sonia is also known as “The Oracle of the Hispanic Business Women in America,” as quoted by US congressmen and senators, from both side of the aisle, while being recognized for establishing an IT practice in the traditionally white-male, dominated technology world of ERP Systems within the Oil and Gas Industry.

Sonia’s leadership profile includes 22 years of experience in Organizational Change Management and Information Systems management, ERP / SAP Systems Integration, Training and eLearning platforms. She has visited and conducted business in over 50 countries and speaks 4 different languages. She is also a Certified Negotiator from Harvard Business School, in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

Sonia is the Founder and Chairman of three non-profit organizations: 1) The VIP Education Foundation, 2) The VIP Cancer Foundation and 3) The Angels for Soldiers Fund. She is married to Kirk Clayton, a computer systems engineer, and is the mother of Aaron (US Navy Pilot) and Leica (Art Teacher and graduate from BYU). She is an active member of the Boy Scouts of America Board (Sam Houston Council) and the BYU Marriott School of Business Information – Information Systems Board.
