HOUSTON – Last Friday, February the 4th, Sonia Clayton, Virtual Intelligence Providers’ CEO delivered the keynote speech at an event, “Hats Off to Leadership”, sponsored by Lone Star College’s Women in STEM Education Institute. Sonia made a great speaker for this event since she understands very well the potential and unique traits women bring into organizations and their leadership. Women in STEM Education holds year-round events intended to foster an environment of encouragement, educational excellence, entrepreneurship and leadership for women in the workforce. Sonia stressed for this event the importance of personal diligence, consistency, hard work, organizational skills, self-confidence, family support, integrity and faith, as key elements to succeeding in what is a rather competitive and ever more unforgiving business environment.

People remain the most expensive, challenging, and yet valuable organizational asset in any business, governmental, social, religious or scientific entity. Notably, over the last 2 or 3 decades more women have been circumstantially pushed to the forefront, especially into positions of leadership. Although the reasons for this trend may be debatable, what is not is the fact that women who are hardworking, organized, honest, consistent, resourceful and confident, hold more and more the ability to project leadership within the organizations with which they work. Such women, no question about it, become highly successful and are otherwise very much sought after by organizations of all types.

Virtual Intelligence Providers LLC provides quality and ROI guaranteed deliveries of Business Technology and IT Support Services since year 2001. The firm’s strength resides not just in the specialized knowledge, maturity, poise and flexibility of its professional force, but rather in its permanent commitment to excellence, ethical behavior, flexibility and affordability of solutions offered.
