Sonia Clayton participates as speaker in LatinWe Foundation event

Today, Sonia Clayton, CEO of VIP-Global, collaborated with other prominent Latin women to celebrate "El Dia de la Igualdad de la Mujer". This Zoom event, which recognizes the fight for women's equality, was organized by the LatinWE Foundation. Created by Lizzette Diaz in 2016, the LatinWE Foundation is a nonprofit organization that helps Hispanic women reach success in their careers.

Mrs. Clayton was one of the four special Latin women selected to share their experiences and struggles to achieve equality and success in male-dominated businesses. She based her talk on the value of time and determination, "time is a valuable commodity that we cannot afford to waste; don't let someone else dream your dream," Mrs. Clayton said

ABOUT LATINWE FOUNDATION

The LatinWE Foundation is a Houston-area organization created in 2016, and formalized as a non-profit in 2018. The foundation aims to help Hispanic women learn ways to be successful within their careers. Under the general direction of President and Founder Lizzette Diaz, LatinWE presented this conference with other Latinx businesswomen who have managed to break the "Glass Ceiling" and scale success in their traditionally male-lead career fields. These women shared their experiences, advice, and illustrated how, together, we can continue to fight for equality.
