Sonia Clayton presents as a keynote speaker for the "2nd Jornada de Capacitaction Empresarial 2019" by Solo Mujeres Magazine

Sonia Clayton delivered a keynote speech to a over 200 Hispanic entrepreneurs. The presentation described key tools required to close a sale effectively. The attendees learned what they should focus on to continue building their businesses during the upcoming year.

Sonia, shared her story of building her own business and talked about one of her most challenging obstacles. She described how she learned to stick to a daily schedule, daily self-motivation, how she made sure she had enough energy and stamina for the day-to-day cold-calling efforts. She also talked about loving the flexibility of being her own boss which she calls a liberating but yet stressful situation.

"There are days when you feel you’ve accomplished more than planned and you feel powerful and motivated. Other days, you are aimlessly running around. Some days can be incredibly challenging, and others can be profoundly discouraging. Either way, there is no plan B, we shall move forward and press on!" - Sonia Clayton.
