HOUSTON – Sonia Clayton, President and CEO of Virtual Intelligence Providers, LLC (VIP) (www.vip-global.com) was invited to be part of a prestigious summit sponsored by Rice University’s Office of Public Affairs, the Jesse H. Jones Graduate School of Management and MATT. The event is part of the fourth annual Texas Diversity and Leadership Conference hosted by the Texas Diversity Council, better known as The Texas Diversity and Leadership Conference. “The Hispanic/Latino Summit focused on overarching issues, such as immigration and economic opportunities, and more specific topics that relate to Hispanics in the corporate world,” said Cecilia Orellana-Rojas, co-chair of the summit and associate director of corporate diversity for AT&T.

Today, Virtual Intelligence Providers was issued, for a second consecutive year, the “Winner of Distinction” award. This is the Better Business Bureau’s (BBB) way to recognize and encourage business excellence and integrity.

Sonia Clayton, VIRTUAL INTELLIGENCE PROVIDERS’ President and CEO, attended the University of Houston 2008 Red Rose Ball, responding to a special invitation from UHD. Special friends and contributors of the university become a part of the UHD family and Sonia and VIP have become close friends of the University. The Red Rose Ball provides 25 scholarships to students who excel in academics, leadership and community service. In 2008 UHD celebrated the 27th year of this distinguished tradition.

On Saturday December 9th, Sonia Clayton celebrated life and VIP’s success with most of the VIP community. Excellent food, traditional awards, a night of dancing and some Venezuelan Folklore were just a few of the highlights of the evening. We wanted to share some pictures with all of you.
