Commercial Partnership Agreement Made Official Between Virtual Intelligence Providers & Epilogue Systems

HOUSTON – In early May 2011 Sonia Clayton, CEO of Houston, TX, based Virtual Intelligence Providers, LLC, met with Michael Graham and Cameron Kelley, CEO and COO/CIO respectively, of Epilogue Systems at Fort Washington, PA, to explore mutual possibilities and the array of synergies generated in a possible commercial partnership between the two shops that would complement VIP’s, and its clients’, endeavors in automating creation, management and delivery of end-user documentation and context-sensitive help for critical enterprise management systems and operations. Then Clayton and Graham signed an initial non-disclosure agreement in the hopes that this would pave the way towards a commercialization agreement where VIP could use its ability to meet clients’ know-how and resource demands towards their ERP implementation, and post-implementation, project stages, or in any other enterprise-wide initiative calling for intensive development, and rapid deployment of end-user documentation.
