HOUSTON – Sonia Clayton, Virtual Intelligence Providers’ President and CEO, had the privilege and honor of addressing the Latino Perspective Conference, a gathering of Houston’s most prominent business and educational leaders of Hispanic and Latin American origin. The conference was held at the Grand Hall of Rice University where important topics such as education, business, social advancement and opportunities for the Latino community were discussed in detailed.

When I was a six-year-old growing up in Colombia, violence was rampant. During the 1960s and 1970s, guerilla forces in Colombia created chaos everywhere, tearing families apart and leaving homes desolate. Colombians lived in fear and poverty.

HOUSTON – Our President and CEO, Sonia Clayton, addressed yesterday’s Houston 2014 session of the LATINA Style Business Series. Sonia was selected along three other distinguished female entrepreneurs of Latin American origin operating in the Houston extended area. This year’s gathering had as a chosen venue the JW Marriott Hotel in the Galleria area, under the sponsorship of major corporate citizens: Southwest Airlines, Shell, Chevrolet, Nationwide Insurance, Comerica, Telemundo as well as important community outfits.

HOUSTON – Virtual Intelligence Providers (VIP), a 13th year long purveyor of business technology tools, solutions and professional support, was honored last Friday, May 16th, by the Houston International Trade Development Council’s Global 7 (G7) Excellence in International Service award. The recognition was issued, and presented, to VIP in the person of its CEO, Sonia Clayton, in a special ceremony held at the Hilton Americas Hotel in the downtown area.
