William joined VIP last year to service our Latin-American and the Caribbean clients. His expertise is in the area of Telecommunications y technologies de la information. With more than 20 years of experience in the business sector.
William holds a Bachelors Degree in Computer Sciences with a concentration in International Businesses from the Universidad metropolitan, Caracas - Venezuela. He also holds an Executive MBA from the Instituto de Estudios Superiores de Administración (IESA) in Venezuela. William has developed projects in the areas of Oil and Gas, Mines, Telecommunications, Utilities and Health.
Previously, he developed an impressive career in the financial sector where he became manager of the Electronic Bank of the Confinanzas Group. He's been also involved in the commercial sector of Intesa, the main Outsourcing Service Company of IT Professionals in Venezuela, with more than 1500 professionals and revenues surpassing the 600 million US Dollars.

Thanks
to Julio's talent and programming abilities, VIP was able to published and
market the VIP-LMS (VIP's proprietary Learning Management System). The
VIP-LMS tool was created as VIP's e-Learning tracking methodology, designed
to serve as a learning progress measuring system, supporting VIP's e-Learning

Julio joined VIP in January 2002 with 15 years of IT and Architectural & Engineering experience with a
proven record and ability to manage large projects, meeting goals and completing
work on time and under budget. His latest experienced has extended to the SAP documentation and training areas, including the creation of training materials for all modules (MM, FI-CO, SD, LO, PS, PM, and HR).
He is an expert in Linux Administration, Oracle, A+, MySQL, AutoCAD and AutoLisp and a System Programmer including languages like
JavaScript, Perl/CGI, HTML/DHTML.
Julio Software Applications expertise includes
AutoCAD 2000 (including 3D drawings), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access),
Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Captivate and Flash, RWDUPerform and InfoPak, Resite, and On Demand.

Glen joined VIP in January 2005 with a 12 year background in Supply Chain
Management within the chemical industry. Glen is a decisive team leader
with expertise in SAP documentation and training project management. His
SAP experience includes MM, FI-CO, SD, LO, PS, PM, HR, SCM and SAP Waste
and Recycling Solution.
In addition to his working knowledge of JD Edwards and SAP R/3, Glen
is a certified HAZMAT trainer, a project team lead and a hardware engineer.
Glen is also an RWD InfoPak Administrator, RWD uPerform,
Resite and OnDemand. He has represented VIP
in over 10 SAP implementations, utilizing a variety of project tools and
other ERP Documentation tools to include: Resite, On-Demand, Lectora,
Macromedia Captivate, MS Office Suite, MS Access, Excel, Outlook, HTML,
PowerPoint, MS Project, MS Publisher, MS Word, Adobe Acrobat, Authorware,
Voice Integration Tools, VIP’s LMS and VIP’s WBT programs.
He is an SAP test script validator and a performance improvement analyst.
Glen received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration
from Sam Houston State University, in Huntsville, Texas.

Marisabel,
joined VIP consultants in January 2002, as VIP's eLearning director. She later
became the project manager for the SAP-VIP Course Development team. The
SAP-VIP Course Library is a web-based solution created with VIP's own
methodology to educate SAP end-users in basic SAP navigational skills
as well as their specific transactions and is has already been proven
effective in several SAP implementations. Marisabel's SAP experienced in documentation and training includes FI-CO, SD, MM, PP, and HR (ECC 6.0).
Her skills in web technologies, graphic and instructional design have
greatly impacted VIP from the beginning. She is a Change Management expert
with emphasis in Assesment, Training and Communications. She is also a
certitified project manager, trainer and developer in RWD UPerform and Infopak being able to install, redesign, launch and create customized documentation with this tool and others like Resite
and OnDemand. Marisabel's background in Advertising and
Marketing added a new dimension to VIP's corporate image as demonstrated
in VIP's web site, courseware offerings and marketing publications.
Marisabel is responsible for VIP's operation and business representation
in the states of Florida and Georgia. She also serves as a bilingual trainer
& E-Learning consultant for Latin American based projects.
Sonia and Marisabel are originally from Venezuela, a tie that kept them
in touch after they both left their previous employer. Marisabel holds
a Master's Degree in Arts from Pittsburgh State University, a Bachelor's
Degree in Communications from UCV/Venezuela and a Bachelor's Degree in
Graphic Design from the Caracas Institute of Design/Venezuela.

Leica
is responsible for VIP's customer service and Quality Assurance Programs.
She comes to VIP as a former training director of a large retail company
where she worked for several years. She also worked in the Public Sector
for 15 years, providing education and training in the public school setting.
Leica is an experienced trainer in business education, computers, and
keyboarding. Though immersed in VIP's day-to-day running as a Consulting
Services Administrator, Leica's real love is training and education. Her
expertise lies in organizational skills, human resources, training, and
bookkeeping. Leica holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Education from
Brigham Young University.

Michael brings a career’s passion for enabling organizations to grow and excel. As a recognized and successful expert in Knowledge Enablement, he leverages his mastery of strategic planning, knowledge management, driving excellence into the customer experience, Information Technology, organizational change management, cultural behavior management, Training and education, Lean Six Sigma, social media and systems engineering to increase the clock-speed of knowledge sharing within an organization.
Michael spent 14 years in the US Navy and served as the engineer officer of a nuclear powered submarine. After being medically retired, he then spend four years supporting all of the Department of Energy facilities with the change management programs needed to transform operations from a wartime to a remediation and clean up mission.
In 1998, Michael intensified his focus on enabling workforces to adapt to new technologies, processes and the effects of outsourcing as rapidly and effectively as possible through the use of focused training and performance support technologies primarily in support of SAP implementations. At IBM, he lead the development and institutionalization of a Learning Outsourcing methodology and began to focus on the expanded influencers of change success that included HR processes, cultural and organizational change, and flows of knowledge within the execution of business. At Accenture, Michael continued the advancement of practices and processes to support both learning outsourcing and optimization of knowledge sharing. In 2006, he spent a year with Conner Partners, a premier change execution firm that takes the practice of people change management to the next needed stage of Strategy execution.

Michael holds a Master of Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, a Master of Science in Business Administration from Boston University, and a Bachelors of Science, Mechanical Engineering, from Cornell University. Additionally, he is certified in Lean Management, Six Sigma (black belt), Naval Systems Engineering Technical Review and was board certified within IBM as a Master Education Consultant.

Kay
Tucker, a Certified Public Accountant who earned a BBA in Accounting from
the University of Houston, brought her expertise to VIP in July of 2005.
A 20-plus year veteran in HR/payroll, from manual to mainframe, including
multi-state, governmental and Canadian payrolls; her year and a half as
VP of Finance & Administration for the Lone Star Chapter of the Multiple
Sclerosis Society adds non-profit to her resume.
Kay’s cultivation in HR/Payroll through manufacturing, public sector,
non-profit and service industry, in addition to her financial experience
and education make her a unique asset in implementation of SAP modules.
While most of her SAP background is dealing with the HR related modules,
her understanding of the FI/CO modules facilitates the integration process
more clearly. Her proficiency has excelled through SAP projects assisting
in documentation, configuration, testing, business process analysis, and
issue resolution.
During her tenure at Tenneco Automotive and Pactiv, Kay’s management
proficiencies while on the implementation project team for SAP, placed
her in the administration of the company’s HR/Payroll Operations.
This encompassed operations, accounting, and tax, with a payroll of 30,000
employees in 48 states, over 150 manufacturing plants, and 50-plus unions.
This accomplished CPA’s mastery in HR/Payroll makes her a tremendous
asset to our organization. She is a published author and a skilled trainer
with RWD/Infopak, Resite and OnDemand.

Deborah
Buell came to VIP in October, 2001. Sonia and Deborah met and became kindred
spirits six years earlier when they both worked for another consulting
firm. Their collaboration and teamwork has continued at VIP. Deborah's
background is in instructional design, curriculum development and E-Learning
solutions. She has designed and delivered courseware in face-to-face,
hybrid and blended e-learning environments. Deborah has worked on client'
change communications newsletters as well as VIP's own client newsletter,
VIP-News, as lead editor, contributing editor and writer. She has served
as part of the design and development team for VIP's SAP 4.6/4.7 Basic
Navigational Skills Learning Management System Course. She also designed
the beta test evaluation strategy including the online survey that was
used to assess the effectiveness and participant satisfaction with VIP's
SAP 4.6/4.7 Basic Navigational Skills Course.
Deborah holds masters in business and industrial management, as well
as in occupational education, the latter with a major in training and
development. Her doctorate, issued too by The University of Houston, is
in higher education administration and supervision. Additionally, she
holds certifications in instructional systems design and distance education
from the University Of Texas, School of Allied Health, and from the Texas
A&M University, respectively.


Carolyn comes to VIP preceded by an extensive and varied background in areas such as Office Management, Telesales, Sales Coordination, HR Support, Marketing and Marketing-related Training. She is very proactive, resourceful and able to assist executive management in the fulfillment of their organizational and strategic pursuits. Her passion for “getting things done” is sure to satisfy managerial and client expectations alike. She attended Brigham Young University and enjoys reading and family affairs.


Lauren is an experienced technical writer and professional editor, providing expertise as an eLearning consultant. She has developed, written and edited content for multiple software training courses and tutorials, including SAP and custom, in-house software applications. She has created e-learning curriculum and technical guides for novice to advanced users. In addition to developing e-learning content, Lauren has produced marketing presentations for senior level management, prepared academic research on collaborative learning and networking, and written and edited technical documentation. Working in a variety of fields, including the newspaper, financial and software industries, has utilized Lauren’s strong ability to research new tasks and succeed with interdisciplinary teams in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.
Lauren provides expertise with software programs including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Dreamweaver, Photoshop and InDesign. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from the University of Utah, in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Pamela comes to VIP with an extensive industry experience in Training and development, e-learning design, and organizational change management consulting experience.
In her most recent experience, Pam managed the design and development of e-learning modules for a large ERP implementation. Additionally she oversaw the training and development for a major global retailer. Her experience is enhanced by her Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, her two Master’s degrees in Public Administration and Training and development and her PhD in Organizational and Leadership Development.

Mr. Mathison is an experienced Engineering Consultant both by training and professional exercise. Although born in Venezuela, he attended the University of Kansas at Lawrence, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science with a mention in Mechanical Engineering / Industrial option. He'd later go on to attend graduate school at Rice University in Houston, TX.
During his career he's worked for very prestigious corporations, among others, Shell Oil, Texaco Corp, Mobil Oil, Fluor Daniels, Worley-Parsons, Dresser-Rand, Pequiven-Koch, Snamprogetti, Lyondell Houston Refinery, Pasadena Refinery, British Petroleum Refinery, Ecopetrol Colombia, Pemex, Mexico. He's also held professoral and/or consulting engagements in Venezuela as well as in other Central and South American countries. His professional life, devoted mostly to Construction Management, spans over at least three decades.

Safiatou is our senior French Translator, having been with VIP
since 2003. She has worked in the oil and gas production vertical, as
well as in the manufacturing and tourism environment. Her ability to train,
document, and write in both English and French, in the SAP and non-SAP
environments, makes her a valuable addition to the VIP team.
Safiatou has provided training & support to employees and managers
through one-on-one training, group programs, and stand up training presentations,
which she has presented in both English and French. Her thorough command
of these two languages allows her to provide support for international
projects in North America, Europe and Africa. Her ability to translate
technical documents to user-friendly documentation in a timely manner
is among her strengths.
Safiatou’s academic background includes; German – Volkshochschule;
Education Degree with Minor in Accounting - Henri Dunant Institute in
Angers; and BTEC –Accounting -Camille Claudel Institute.


Frank brings a broad Human Resources Development background with over
18 years experience in the field to VIP. His corporate assignments span
across many functional areas including training, information systems,
corporate communications, sales development, marketing, logistics, manufacturing,
and staff support. His reputation for demonstrated expertise in the field
has led clients and corporations to call upon him numerous times to either
provide advice or to contribute formally to a variety of H.R. engagements
in Venezuela, Colombia, Mexico, and the U.S.A.
Frank has provided training & support to employees and managers in transition
through one-on-one counseling, group programs, workshops, & training sessions
presented in English or Spanish. His thorough command of these two languages
allows him to provide his expertise in an instructional, liaison, coordinating,
or language support capacity for international projects in North, Central
and South America. He has also designed corporate recruiting programs
that make extensive use of technology and behavioral-based interviewing
techniques. His academic background includes a Human Resources Technology
degree from Colegio Universitario Fermin Toro at Caracas, Venezuela, and
a Human Resources Development degree through San Antonio based Our Lady
of the Lake University. He is an active member of various business and
faith-based initiatives in the Houston, Texas area.

Aaron Matthews first came to VIP in the summer of 2005. Owing both to formal linguistic education as well as extensive practical experience, Aaron is fluent in Spanish and has a working knowledge of Arabic. He has lived and worked extensively in South America, Africa, and the Middle East, giving him a six year background in international and intercultural team organization, planning and leadership.
While with VIP, Aaron has worked as a translator for technical documents and training courses for SAP, as well as having performed data manipulation and migration during SAP implementation. Aaron is an accomplished writer and editor, having worked for many years in communications both in the public and private sectors. Both education and experience have also provided him with an extensive knowledge of most Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access.
Aaron received his Bachelor degree in Linguistics from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, with minors in Spanish and Arabic. He served in the United States Marine Corps for four years, and is currently pursuing his Master’s of Liberal Studies at Rice University in Houston, Texas.

Tim joined our VIP team in August of 2005. This Marine Corps veteran is a highly certified professional. His certifications include VCP - VMware Certified Professional, SCSP – SNIA Certified Storage Professional, MCSE - Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, and IBM Certified Specialist - System x Windows 2000/2003 with performance tuning.
With over 15 years of previous experience, Tim has enriched VIP with his diverse capabilities, including everything from researching new technologies for ways to improve efficiency and increase automation, to serving as the team leader for Server Operations group which consist of four Senior Administrators and one Junior Administrator.

Rana is one of VIP most valuable technical writers and instructional designers with a BA in International Affairs and Business Administrations from the University of Saint Thomas in Houston, TX and studies abroad in France and Egypt, she has conducted language skill evaluations, instructional methods and technical writing and translations.
She became part of the VIP Course Development team and has worked extensively with our web-based training methodology creating e-learning courses for many of our clients. She has develop personalized learning materials and trained end users for government, education, medical and engineering clients utilizing different ERP systems. While most of her SAP background is dealing with SD and MM related modules,
her understanding of all modules facilitates the integration process. Her proficiency has excelled through SAP projects assisting
in documentation and training.
In addition to her professional experience she is a Arabic/English translator for civil court trials and was an intern for the Houston World Affairs Council.


Terry is a highly motivated and assertive IT professional with over 24 years of information systems/information technology management experience, Terry is a team player with a strong work ethic, and motivation to achieve targeted goals.
Terry is a skilled dot net web solution architect and developer. He has led teams, designed applications, and interfaced with both stakeholders and business groups.
Terry’s specialized training includes C#.Net, Javascript, Vbscript, Oracle, Essbase Cubes, Vb.net, and CE.net. Terry has used these languages to develop unique applications such as web-based access management systems and operations dashboards. One such application has over 142 asp web pages which are made up of a combination of JavaScript and Vbscript, and utilizes Microsoft Office’s web component for managing the web-based graphs and dynamic Excel spreadsheets.

and Avaya), public sector and most recently oil & gas. As Customer
Services Manager for Lucent Technologies, she served as a SME and end-user
trainer for their SAP R/3 nationwide implementation. She designed and
developed customized MM documentation and training for logistics offices
and traveled to company’s warehouses to train and assist with subsequent
SAP cutovers.
Prior to joining VIP in January, 2007, Judy retired from
the City of Houston as Division Manager of Learning and Information Systems
where she was responsible for IT support and end-user training. Judy coordinated
all training efforts for the Houston Airport System’s SAP R/3 implementation
of FICO and MM – Procurement - modules. She is also a dynamic HR

Responsible for the definition of the software specifications and mathematical models for 3D, Axel designed and implemented the graphics interface and performed the manual writing as well as the Software Validation Test Document. Alxel also effectively implements Quality processes. Axel has created end-user documentation and trained users. His rich background spans the globe, and several disciplines. John has worked as a new hire trainer, training new employees on sales
processes, proprietary software systems, and corporate procedures, while
developing new training modules to better help the changing needs of the
business. He has also worked as a systems conversion trainer, training
end users from legacy companies on a new proprietary platform as part
of corporate merger activity.
John is also an experienced InfoPak documentation professional, with
experience in the development of training materials for SAP R/3 implementations.
He also has experience in training new users on the RWD InfoPak tool.

Tanya Lee is one of our senior employees, coming to VIP at the inception
of September 2001. Sonia and Tanya have worked together for many years,
following each other through many of the other Consulting companies as
co-workers. She possesses a broad spectrum of skills that make her a valuable
member to the VIP-Team. Her experience with SAP and JD Edwards expand
over 10 years. Her ability to train, document, and write within the SAP
and JD Edwards environments in both English and Spanish make her a valuable
addition to the VIP team. Tanya’s areas of expertise include the
SAP modules of SD, PM, QM, HSE, FICO, and MM and RWD/Infopak. Because
of her thorough understanding of these modules, she has been chosen numerous
times to act as team leader on projects in Venezuela, Mexico, and the
U.S.A.
Tanya has provided training & support to employees and managers through
one-on-one training, group programs, and stand up training presentations,
which she has presented in both English and Spanish. Her thorough command
of these two languages allows her to provide support capacity for international
projects in North and South America and also in Mexico. She has designed
templates, style guides, management tools, on-line help, quick reference

Azucena
joins VIP as a Industrial Engineer with 10 years of experience in manufacturing
processes whose specialties are: Planning, Training and Quality Consultant.
She is organized and works well under pressure to meet deadlines. She
is also detailed oriented, customer focused, effective communicator and
able to prioritize, and multitask among several assignments.
One of our SAP R/3 Documentation and Training experts, Azucena hold a
Bachelors degree from the University of Mexico and fluently speaks Spanish,
English and French. She is also a skilled trainer with RWD/Infop

Sherry
is a dedicated and experienced professional with over ten years experience
in planning and delivering comprehensive training programs and supporting
large scale global SAP R/3 implementations for major international companies.
As a true professional in SAP Training, Sherry has demonstrated her expertise
in SAP business process analysis, BPR, technical documentation, training
delivery; instructional design, curriculum development and SAP change
communications. She is an excellent communicator who is able to resolve
tensions, open dialogues and encourage teamwork to achieve goals.
Her professional experience includes: SAP training team lead roles, project
timelines, training methodologies and schedule development, analysis,
design, editorial responsibilities, Business Process Procedures (BPPs),
VISIO flows, and End User Procedures / Solutions (EUPs), using RWD InfoPak
and other rapid documentation development tools. Senior training developer,
capable of delivering and managing large and small training groups. Train-the-trainer

Vlad Andrus is an experienced petroleum geochemist and geologist with
strong, diverse background in petroleum, organic, and environmental geochemistry
and geology, including basin analyses/modeling, interpretation of isotopic
and molecular data within a petroleum system, reservoir geochemistry,
integrating geochemical data (Rock-Eval pyrolysis, isotope and biomarkers)
with geological data. Vlad was a leader and/or co-principal investigator
of 21 R&D projects in petroleum geology and geochemistry.
He has published 32 papers in different scientific journals and has
been a co-author of the book “West Siberian Petroleum Basin”.
Vlad is also an expert in technical translations from English to Russian
since he translated numerous petroleum reports, guidelines and manuals
for companies and state institutions.
For the last ten years Vlad worked in the University of Oklahoma as a
Research Scientist. Before moving to the US, Vlad worked as a Senior Scientist
in the Russian Academy of Sciences and as a Senior Researcher in Siberian
Industrial Research Institute of Geology, Geophysics, and Mineral Resource
of the Ministry of Geology of Russia where he obtained his Ph.D. in petroleum
geochemistry & geology. He completed his B.S. and M.S. in geological
engineering and geochemistry, respectively, at Tomsk State University
in Russia.

Jorge
has over six years in Systems Engineering experience with heavy emphasis
in Application Development, Documentation and Training of ERP (JD Edwards
and SAP R/3), Business Intelligence and Reporting Solutions. He is experienced
and highly proficient in SQL Server 7.0, Access, Visual Basic for Applications,
Visual Basic 6, Cognos, and Hyperion Essbase OLAP Server, Windows 3.1,
95 &NT, MS Office 98 and 2000.
Jorge is also proficient in Optical Character Recognition
Tools (OCR); such as. RWD/InfoPak and Resite. Jorge has BS Computer Science,
Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM
CCM), Mexico City, 1998, and he completed language training at the Anglo
Continental University, Boston Massachusetts, 1998.
Jorge has provided consulting services for many fortune
100 organizations; such as, CEMEX USA, The Coca-Cola Company, Mrs. Bairds
Bakeries, Shell Pipeline and Shell Energy Services.

Anne
is a Technical Writer and Professional English Instructor who has a
Masters Degree in English from Brigham Young University. As a technical
writer she was responsible for leading teams of educational researchers
and computer programmers in designing educational software programs.
Anne has over 7 years experience in professional writing
and editing, as well as over 3 years experience in teaching English.
She is a native speaker of English, but is conversant in Spanish, Japanese,
and Portuguese.

Francisco
is a Certified Project Manager with more than 10 years of experience in
Management Information Systems. He has 10 years related
SAP project experience in Production Planning (PP-PI), Logistics information
system, and Materials Management. Francisco has been implementing SAP
solutions for international customers in Europe, North, South, and Central
America. He has been involved in several SAP projects including design,
customizing, business process reengineering, training, testing and consulting
with experience in several industries sectors such as Automotive, Manufacturing,
Plastic, Food, Aluminum, Chemical, Paper and Agriculture; playing in key

Michele
joined VIP in July 2003. She is an experienced SAP/SD consultant. She
brings over 5 years experience in implementations in different types of
industries, including chemical, pharmaceutical, automotive, energy and
steel. She has worked engagements in Brazil, Mexico and in the USA. As
of now she is developing SAP training (E-Learning) materials for countries
in Latin America. She is also a skilled trainer with RWD/Infopak.
Michele has provided support for her project team, and she has been
responsible for the Sales and Distribution implementation for several
companies. She holds masters degree in civil engineering from the University
of Campinas, Brazil. She also has 2 years experience in education and
training in both private and public settings. Michele is fluent in Portuguese
and Spanish.

Veronica
is a bilingual SAP expert configuration and documentation consultant.
She is an R/3 Certified MM and WM Senior Consultant; she is also certified
in the SAP ASAP Methodology for Project Management Programs. She has six
years of practical experience in logistics and manufacturing projects
to including analysis, design, development, and testing of Business Process
and configuration of SAP R/3. She has provided end-user training support
for 4 full cycle implementations and several partial implementations.
Veronica has also developed documentation and training solutions for SAP
4.7 HR and FI-CO utilizing several technical documentation and simulations
tools and she is a skilled trainer with RWD/Infopak.

Wal-Mart and Hayes Lemmerz International.
Veronica earned her Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering
- UPAEP (Mexico).

Bryan has over 7 years SAP R/3 experience in all aspects of implementations
from the blueprint design stage to the post go-live period. He has consulted
at over 15 Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies in the US, Canada, and
the Far East. His industry experience includes: petrochemical, pharmaceutical,
manufacturing, consumer products, telecommunications, and others. During
this time, he has spent a majority of the time managing SAP projects.
This includes: leadership, resource estimation, project tracking, and
post go-live maintenance.
As a change management leader, Bryan has in-depth experience
in motivating teams to accept and embrace change. Bryan is a Certified
Change Management Trainer of the New York Times bestseller, Who Moved
My Cheese? This new Change Management program offers a simpler way
to deal with organizational change. This program is based on Dr. Spencer
Johnson's book Who Moved My Cheese? Course offerings include two half-day
seminars or a full day seminar. These are very informative and entertaining
as well.
Bryan Holds a Bachelors of Science, Technology from University
of Houston.

Debby joined VIP March 2005. With over twenty years of experience, she
possesses a broad spectrum of skills that make her a valuable team member
to our VIP-Team. She has provided one on one training support to employees
and managers in several of the Microsoft Applications and MAS 90/200/500
accounting software. She has a thorough understanding of MAS 90/200/500
and has passed this knowledge along to many others.
Among her accomplishments, Debby has been instrumental in creating cost
cutting strategies. She has been affiliated with Performance Improvement
and Total Cycle Time Reduction teams.
As an accomplished consultant, her area of expertise include the MAS
90/200/500 modules GL, AP, AR, PO, PR, BR, and SO. Because of her thorough
understanding of these modules, Debby has become a true asset to VIP.
Her strong technical skills include Microsoft Applications including Excel,
MS Word and MS Access. Debby is a team player with an outgoing positive
personality and believes in going the extra mile for our clients.

Jay joined us highly recommended by one of our Clients. Jay has extensive
experience as a Computer Technician. He is currently working for CEMEX
USA, configuring, installing and troubleshooting PCs and Servers. He has
also provided end-user software training and support, traveling all around
the US.
Before joining VIP-Global, Jay worked for COMCAST as a sub-contractor
for the Direct TV network for two years. He studied Electrical Engineering
for two years at Houston Community College.

Gertha came to VIP with several years of instructional design experience
where she developed training applying adult learning theory and methodology
in such industries as oil and gas, automotive, and governmental agencies
for the Department of Energy and NASA space flight operation. She has
excellent client management, facilitation, and communications skills and
has produced train the trainer courses and provided instructor certification
to support the training initiatives.
For the past several years Gertha has also provided SAP system analysis
and training documentation for end-user performance support as a functional
consultant in FICO, EHS, SD, MM and HR and RWD/Infopak. She has been on
several SAP implementations as instructional design technical lead, functional
lead, and editor within the petrochemical, semiconductor, and public sector
industries.
Gertha has a BA form the University of Texas in the Natural Sciences,
an MS in Environmental Science and Management form the University of Houston,
and post-baccalaureate graduate certification In Instructional Design
from the School of Biomedical Communication, University of Texas Health
Science Center.

Gabriela uses design and image editing tools to turn concepts into images
and web solutions. She develops concepts, visuals and navigational symbols,
and web solutions for the end user.
Gabriela has over 8 years of experience in the areas of Design and Art
Direction. Before joining VIP-Global, Gaby worked for IBM Spain in the
Department of Communications, collaborating with the PR team. Gabriela
worked for Quaxar, the Latin American branch of Agency.com; where she
was a Creative Director, collaborating with the Strategy and Technology
team to develop cost efficient solutions for the clients. Gabriela co-founded
DESIGNO, where she was involved in all the processes of a graphic project,
from the first contact with the client, through production, to the delivered
product. At Elektra, S.A. de C.V., Gabriela was in charge of Internal
Communications Image and the Corporate Magazine. She developed the image
for the internal events the "Recognition Plan" and the Annual
Convention. As part of MFR Group, Inc., Gabriela was in charge of the
Corporate Image of the holding and its affiliates. Throughout her career,
Gabriela has developed experience in creating Web Solutions from ideas
and research, and in coordinating a team of graphic designers and systems
programmers. Gabriela is currently involved in the e-Learning strategy
delivery of Houston based large oil exploration company.
Gabriela holds a Master's Degree in Corporate Communications and Advertising
from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid in Spain and a Bachelor's degree
in Graphic Design from the Universidad Iberoamericana (UIA) in Mexico
City and a Marketing Communication Certificate from the University of
Houston.

Enrique Garcia, a 30 year veteran of technical background, brings focus
to providing quality and innovation. His experience includes computer
science, electrical engineering, networking, controls and communications
systems, and science in aerospace, agriculture, engineering & construction,
banking, education, healthcare, insurance, legal, logistics, energy,
and oil & gas industries, including non-profit organizations. His
wide industrial expertise offers customers technical assistance in developing
hardware and software solutions specific to their firm. Additionally,
a specialist in database and internet applications solutions, Enrique
utilizes the latest Microsoft database and internet technologies, and
has authored and/or copyrighted software solutions for the education,
logistics, manufacturing, insurance, and legal industries.
Mr. Garcia develops computer systems from technical specifications,

user interfaces to implementation plans and testing procedures. He utilizes

of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Enrique continued his professional
studies to receive a Masters degree in Business Administration at the
University of Phoenix. He comes to be a part of VIP in 2006.

Patricia
is a Bilingual –Spanish /English HR Certified Consultant Analyst and Trainer with 10+ years of diversified international HR experience, functional expertise in project implementations, configuration, testing, training and documentation of the SAP HR module and other ERP Systems. Great motivator with exceptional interpersonal and Change Management skills. Available to travel extensively She
has been involved in the designing blue prints of several ERP implementations
(AS-IS to TO-BE). She is skilled in assessing client’s training
needs and tailoring training programs. She has been involved with the
planning and implementation of new corporate policies and procedures,
end-user training, coaching and post implementation support.
Patricia is an effective relationship builder with organizational
and project management experience. She has designed and coordinated
Train-The-Training (TTT) instructional design programs, domestically
and internationally. Patricia is an RWD InfoPak Documentation

Mike
Filipiak offers VIP a 23 year background in IT, with a proven ability
to manage projects and meet goals, completing work on time and under
budget.
Experienced in the administration of several databases including ORACLE,
DB2, and IMS, Software Development, Systems Programming, Capacity Planning,
Data Security, and Web Development, some of Mike’s area specialties
include: PC environment, Operating Systems: Microsoft DOS, Windows 95
/ 98 / 2000 / XP, HP UNIX. Programming Languages: SQL, JavaScript, Perl,
HTML, and VB .NET. Software Applications: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint) and Abode Photoshop.
Mike’s most recent focus has been SAP documentation and training.
Proficient in InfoPak, he holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science

Charles’
systems engineering career began proudly serving on a US Navy fleet
ballistic missile submarine some 28 plus years ago as an electronics
technician. Charles Stalnaker came to VIP in 2005, holding a degree
in electronic engineering with an extensive background as a technical
instructor. Now a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer with A+ Service
Technician certification, he has extensive expertise utilizing multiple
hardware platforms such as; HP, Compaq, Dell, Q-Logic, LSI, 3Com, and
US Robotics.
Charles Y2K-compliance tested and certified major financial
corporations’ software, and has participated in diverse rollouts
and upgrades of Microsoft products. He is proficient in both verbal
and written communication at all levels of corporate infrastructure,
with a thorough understanding of both basic and advanced electronic
principles, schematic diagram reading, and maintenance and repair of
electronic systems.

in analog and digital devices, test equipment, lasers, robotics, personal

Hector has designed and developed numerous custom client Windows applications. These applications’ functions include recordkeeping, report generating, mapping databases, restoring lost data from back-up files, retrieving tables from different companies to be analyzed locally and sent back to the original databases, testing students in several grade levels, validating credit card information, and requesting and responding to Web services via HTTP.
Hector is 100% bilingual. His dual fluency in Spanish and English makes him doubly valued as a VIP consultant. Hector is also fluent in C#, ADO.Net, Crystal Reports, SQL Server 2000, Dreamweaver 2004, Coldfusion, and HTML.
