George Patrick

George Patrick, a PHR and SHRM-CP certified Human Resources professional offers 25 years of Corporate and Consultative experience. Some of his core strengths are in Employee Relations, Performance Management, Training & Development, Process Modeling & Development, ATS Implementation and Recruitment & Talent Management. He gained his experience while taking on leadership roles in Business Aviation, Energy, I.T, Government, Staffing and Retail industries.

George has developed HR and Recruitment strategies, initiatives and audited HR Departments to determined areas of risk exposure and improvements. In addition, he has trained management and employees on ATS, Payroll systems, interviewing skills and individual development plans. Working with the organizational leadership, he has implemented strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage while minimizing resistance to technical and cultural changes.
