Leica Fielding

Leica is responsible for VIP’s customer service and Quality Assurance Programs. She comes to VIP as a former training director of a large retail company where she worked for several years. She also worked in the Public Sector for 15 years, providing education and training in the public school setting.

Leica is an experienced trainer in business education, computers, and keyboarding. Though immersed in VIP’s day-to-day running as a Consulting Services Administrator, Leica’s real love is training and education. Her expertise lies in organizational skills, human resources, training, and bookkeeping. Leica holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Education from Brigham Young University.
