Frank Velasco

Frank is a multi-faceted and experienced professional whose primary expertise is in the area of Human Resources Development, Organizational Communication, Contracts’ Analysis, Administration and Support. He currently supports our Executive Team as VIP’s HR Manager and Contracts Administrator. His corporate and consulting assignments, now extending over 18 years, -include training, information systems, project’s communication, business development, marketing, logistics and staff/recruiting support. Frank’s profile in the consulting industry has led corporate clients to call upon him to either advice on or contribute directly to a variety of projects and engagements in the USA, Venezuela, Colombia and Mexico. He too has helped design corporate recruiting programs that make extensive use of technology and behaviorally-based interviewing techniques.

Keen on organizations investing rather liberally on educational initiatives to maintain an educated, thoroughly trained and well-informed workforce, he states that, “although rather ambitious a goal, this is most aptly attained by delivering rotationally and/or regularly scheduled training to workers and managers via group programs, special workshops, and even one-on-one counseling, all presented in a simple though effective format. “.

Frank is fully bi-lingual in Spanish. His thorough command of English and Spanish allows him to perform as project lead, liaison, coordinator, advisor or subject matter expert for international projects in North, Central and South America. His academic background includes a Human Resources Technology degree from Colegio Universitario Fermin Toro at Caracas, Venezuela, as well as numerous development courses and seminars in professionally relevant subjects or areas. He is an avid reader and contributor to several philanthropic or faith-based initiatives, locally and otherwise.
