Our VIP Consultants are recognized monthly on the Employee of the Month recognition program and annually on their Birthday. VIP also recognizes its consultant’s accomplishments during the year at it’s annual Christmas party.

  • VIP Consultant Development – Building Blocks for Success include career resources; such as, how to interview successfully, dressing for success, technical user groups, white paper publications, etc.
  • Active Consultant Placing Program – Our process uses technology, active business development and proven processes to redeploy consultants into their next assignment. Our consistent track record indicates approximately 50% of our business comes from recurrent business and loyal customers, normally requesting consultants to be redeployed into their projects.
  • Referral Commissions – extra income incentives through our bonus rewards programs for referring qualified candidates, self-placements and new account relationships referrals.
  • Competitive Compensation – VIP offers its consultants salaries that are within the market range according to location, skill sets and qualifications.

Three (3) months of full time W-2 employment are required prior to benefits taking effect. Benefit package is contingent upon successful employment process with VIP.
